The EFG National Association from Greece, Association of Greek Geologists (AGG), in cooperation with the Hellenic Survey of Geology and Mineral Exploration (HSGME) have successfully organised the event ‘Strategy and Development of Greek Mineral Resources’.
EFG National Association Delegate from Greece, Maria Tzima, participated in the event.
The event took place in November 2023 at the Greek Ministry of Environment and Energy in Athens. The goal of this activity was to promote the importance of geological knowledge dissemination to the mining industry and how this also provides societal benefits. In addition, the discussion focused on the Critical Raw Materials Act and its effects in Greece.
