6th International Professional Geology Conference (6th IPGC)
The 6th International Professional Geology Conference (IPGC) will take place from 15–17 October 2027 in Hammamet, Tunisia.
Co-organised by the European Federation of Geologists (EFG) and the Association for Geophysics, Geosciences, and Environment (AGGE) – Tunisia, the conference will explore the theme “Geosciences: Resources, Risks and Resilience“.
Bringing together researchers, professionals, practitioners and decision-makers from across the geosciences, the conference will provide a platform to exchange knowledge and experience, explore innovative approaches and strengthen international collaboration.
The programme will feature 15 thematic tracks covering a broad range of geoscience fields, including resources, water, energy transition, natural hazards, environmental geosciences, geospatial technologies, engineering geology, geoheritage, policy, artificial intelligence and digital geosciences.
