2nd CAE-Conference

The Austrian Mining Association, in cooperation with the Chair of Mineral Processing and Refining (AuV), will host the 2nd CAE Conference on Computer-Aided Engineering in Raw Material Processing and Particle Technology on 30 September 2026 at the University of Leoben, Austria.
The one-day scientific conference will focus on the use of digital tools for plants and processes involving particles and bulk solids. The programme will feature twelve expert presentations exploring current applications, developments and approaches in computer-aided engineering across raw material processing and particle technology.
In addition to the technical programme, the conference will provide a platform for professionals, researchers and other stakeholders interested in digital engineering to exchange knowledge, discuss emerging solutions and connect with experts working in the field.
The conference will be followed by the annual main event of the EU-wide ON-DEM network.
