NORM Management Conference, Vienna
The inaugural NORM Management Conference, themed “Turning the Key: From Liabilities to Opportunities”, brings together NORM-generating industries, regulators, radiation protection professionals, researchers and technology providers. It focuses on the safe management, disposal and valorisation of naturally occurring radioactive materials across mining, oil and gas, rare earths, phosphates, water treatment and critical minerals.
Organised by Informa, with the European NORM Association (ENA) as scientific leading organisation and in cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the conference opens with a training course and executive roundtable, followed by three days of main conference sessions.
