What will we present?
This course is ideal for scientists with little or no public affairs experience who want to improve their communication with decision-makers and policymakers. It will provide essential tools such as how to craft an elevator pitch, create a one-pager, and use effective visuals and messaging.

Why attend?
Participants will gain practical skills for communicating with legislators and public officials, understand common pitfalls, and leave with a communication outline tailored to their chosen topic.
