DESCRIPTION:The European Federation of Geologists (EFG) is pleased to support the H-NAT 2026 World Summit as a Media Partner. The summit will bring together experts\, policymakers\, industry leaders\, researchers\, and innovators to explore the latest developments in natural hydrogen technologies and the transition towards a low-carbon energy future. \nThe global energy transition has reached a definitive turning point. Natural hydrogen is no longer a geological curiosity; it is now a strategic industrial reality. Following the resounding success of our 2025 edition—which gathered over 500 leaders from 40+ nationalities—H-Nat Summit 2026 returns to Paris as the undisputed epicenter of this emerging industry.\n\nThe “if” has been answered. The “where” is being mapped across five continents. Now\, the industry is focused on the “How”: How do we produce at scale? How do we regulate? And how do we deliver this carbon-free resource to the final customer?\n\nWhile HNAT Summit remains the world’s leading platform for Exploration and Subsurface Tools\, this year’s summit will reflect the industry’s maturation. We are expanding our scope to cover the entire value chain\, from the first seismic survey to the final offtake agreement.\n\nExploration & Tech Excellence: H-NAT continues to showcase the latest advancements in airborne geophysics\, advanced sensors\, and basin modeling software that are de-risking the subsurface.\nStimulated H2: For the first time\, a dedicated focus will be placed on the in situ generation of H2\, how to select the rock\, which fluid to inject\, how to produce\nProduction and subsurface H2 storage: How to manage an H2 reservoir? Can we image the gas/fluid interface? Are technologies of enhanced fluid recovery necessary?\nUpstream: critical issues of separation and transport\, best use of natural H2 depending of its purity?\nRegulatory & Country Initiatives: As nations from France to Australia and Colombia update their mining codes\, the “National Regulations & Countries Program” becomes the vital hub for understanding national strategies and securing the “license to operate.”\nThe Capital Bridge: Building on the success of the H-NAT Investor Day\, the organisers are scaling their financial forums.
