As we gear up for the 5th International Professional Geology Conference (IPGC) in November 2025, we are pleased to announce the inclusion of childcare and reduced mobility services at no cost to participants.
These initiatives aim at making the event more inclusive and accessible for all attendees, including participants having children or reduced mobility. You can learn more about these services here.
Concerning making events more accessible for parents, we invite you to learn about a study on family-friendly conferences in geoscience which is being carried out by the University of Bonn.
The IPGC will be held in Zaragoza (Spain) from 5-7 November 2025 and is organised by the European Federation of Geologists, the Spanish Official Association of Geologists, and the Portuguese Association of Geologists.
The event will bring together geology professionals worldwide to share insights on geology and foster professional development.
